General Rules
-To participate in a game at Ladies Bingo the player must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strictly one (1) account per household. If management discovers duplicate accounts for the same person, the less active account will be closed and any payouts requested from duplicate accounts will be considered void.
- If there is more than one winner in a bingo game, then the prize and or jackpot will be shared equally between all winners.

Bonuses
- All deposit bonuses will be credited immediately to your Bingo Bonus account. Please allow 24 hours for all other bonuses to show
-Players that have not made a first deposit of at least $20 are only eligible for game prizes, which will be credited to your Bingo Bonus account. Once you have made your first deposit, all future game prizes won will be credited to your "real" cash account and you will become eligible to win jackpots and bonuses. The jackpot amount won will be added back into the Progressive Jackpot.
Please Note: Bonus money will be forfeited if an account has been inactive for more than 6 months.

Banking
- Some credit card transactions will represent the purchase of Gold units. By registering your credit card you agree to purchase these units and automatically exchange them for credits at Ladies Bingo. The net result is that you will receive Ladies Bingo credits equivalent to the amount you have purchased on your credit card. This process is facilitated by G-Standard.

You must agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which You may utilize the G-Standard Corporation Services. Please read this Agreement carefully. It is important that You understand that upon Your acceptance of this Agreement, it becomes a legally binding contract.

If You are utilizing Services online, You will be presented with an "I ACCEPT" button. By clicking on the "I ACCEPT" button, You represent that You have reviewed and understand the Agreement and agree to be legally bound by all its terms and conditions. If You do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not click on the "I ACCEPT" button if you do not seek to obtain or use the Services.

Once you have accepted the terms of this Agreement you must also click the “I am willing to Trade my Gold Purchase” button to complete your transaction with your online Merchant. Subsequently, Your Purchase will be immediately traded to the G-Standard participating Merchant and you will be eligible to receive your goods or services from that Merchant. Please note that these buttons above will not reflect on every transaction made as you have given overriding authority that you accept the purchase and exchange of Gold by registering your credit card.

NOW THEREFORE, You, (collectively, "You" or "Your") agree as follows:

1. Your Capacity and Related Matters

1.1 Capacity and Accuracy of Information. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You represent and warrant that You are an individual at least 18 years of age, that all information You have provided to G-Standard Corporation is true and correct in all respects, and that You will update G-Standard Corporation with any changes to the information You have previously supplied. You further represent and warrant that You have the legal authority to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that such acceptance will be binding on Your part. G-Standard Corporation reserves the right to terminate this Agreement. G-Standard Corporation and/or its participating Merchants reserve their right to refuse to provide You with any Products or Services, with or without notice, if You have supplied any information which is misleading, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.

1.2 Access to Credit Reports and Information. You authorize the G-Standard Corporation and/or its agent(s) to use outside Credit Card Fraud detection agencies to verify the information you have provided regarding address verification, CVV2 and if accepted, to conduct further investigations from time to time thereafter and to report credit information to others.

1.3 Personal Guaranty

By clicking "I Accept" on the online version of this Agreement or by signing the Personal Guaranty signature block on the paper version of the Application, You in Your individual capacity (even though You use a title or other designation with Your signature) unconditionally guarantee and promise to pay to G-Standard Corporation all indebtedness of the Company at any time arising under or relating to the Agreement, including the related application and any related agreements or instruments, as well as any extensions, modifications, or renewals thereof. The obligations hereunder are joint and several and independent of the obligations of the Individual, and a separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against You. You acknowledge that this guaranty is absolute and unconditional, there are no conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this guaranty, and this guaranty is in full force and effect and is binding on You in Your individual capacity as of the date you accept this Agreement or sign the Application, regardless of whether G-Standard Corporation obtains collateral or any guaranties from others or takes any other action contemplated by You.

As guarantor, You waive (i) presentment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of nonpayment; (ii) any defense arising by reason of any defense of the Company or other guarantor; and (iii) the right to require G-Standard Corporation to proceed against Company or any other guarantor, to pursue any remedy in connection with the guaranteed indebtedness, or to notify You as guarantor of any additional indebtedness incurred by You and also authorize G-Standard Corporation, without notice or consent, to (a) extend, modify, compromise, accelerate, renew, or otherwise change the terms of the guaranteed indebtedness; (b) release or substitute any part to the indebtedness or this guaranty.


You acknowledge and agree that until all obligations subject to this guaranty shall have been paid in full, You shall have no right of subrogation, and You waive any right to enforce any remedy which G-Standard Corporation now has or may hereafter have against You or any other person, and waives any benefit of, or any right to participate in, any security now or hereafter held by G-Standard Corporation.

You agree that this guaranty will be governed by Belize law; and shall benefit G-Standard Corporation and its successors and assigns.

2. General Description of the Services and Reserved Rights of G-Standard Corporation

2.1 Beginning to Use the Services. Information provided by You during the application process will be automatically routed to G-Standard Corporation which will evaluate Your eligibility to receive the Services. If, on the basis of this evaluation, it is determined that You are eligible to receive the Services, You will be notified of Your acceptance and provided with information on activating Your account. Upon Your acceptance for Services the Agreement will be deemed to be fully executed and will become effective starting on the date of Your acceptance ("Effective Date") except with respect to Your representations and obligations under Section 1 on which We may rely immediately.

YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT G-STANDARD CORPORATION AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS RESERVE THE RIGHT IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION TO REJECT YOUR ENROLLMENT FOR THE SERVICES WITHOUT ANY FURTHER OBLIGATION TO YOU.

2.2 Internet Services. Pursuant to this Agreement You appoint G-Standard Corporation, and G-Standard Corporation agrees to perform, in accordance with this Agreement, as Your provider of credit card payment processing services with respect to Card Not Present transactions.

2.3 Options for Card Acceptance. Under this Agreement, You may elect to submit transactions under (1) credit cards, (2) consumer debit cards or prepaid cards, or (3) both, at the pricing set forth at the Pricing Schedule.

2.4 Changes or Discontinuation of Services. You further understand and agree that G-Standard Corporation and/or its Suppliers may, in their sole discretion, change, add to, remove, modify and/or discontinue any and all Services with thirty (30) days notice to You, and G-Standard Corporation and/or its Suppliers will have no liability to You or any third parties in connection with any of the above.

Cash Out Rules
You may request a cash-in only one time during a 24-hour period.
(Please allow up to 72 hours for your cash-in to reflect in your NETeller account)

If you request a cash-in and your last purchase has been wagered three (3) times on bingo, your full cash-in will be processed.

Should you want to cash-in your real money without meeting the wagering requirements, you would have to forfeit ALL Bingo Bonuses that you have accumulated.

You can now choose to reverse a cash-in. Money can be reversed within a 48-hour period only. You can reverse the money if you click on Bank and then on the REVERSE button. If you lost Bingo Bonuses on your cash-in, they will be returned to your account upon reversal of the cash-in.

Players will not earn Bingo Bonuses on a purchase unless both the Real Account balance and Bingo Bonus balance are less than $5. For example, if there is a balance in the Real Account of more that $5, and a purchase is made, no Bingo

Bonus will be credited in respect of that purchase.
If you have a pending cash-in and wish to deposit, you will not earn a bonus on your next purchase until your cash-in has been processed - which is 48 hours.

Upon cash-in all purchases will be refunded via NETeller/Firepay /Click2Pay. MasterCard/Visa regulations prohibit online gaming refunds back to credit cards in USA, Canada or Australia. (MasterCard/Visa in other countries can still be refunded to)

All cash-ins will only be processed after a 48-hour pending period has lapsed. You will then receive your money within 1 business day.

Security
Our gaming software uses secure server technology. All transactions made are protected using the same technology as online banking. For increased security, your password should be at least 8 – 10 characters, with a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and shift number keys. Use a unique password that is not the same as any of your other passwords. If you forget your password, it can be retrieved automatically via the password retrieval system on the login page. Chat Room Bonuses
Bonuses that you earn in the Chat Room will be paid into your Bingo Bonus Balance. You can only qualify for Chat Bonuses if you are playing in the current bingo game and you are actively in chat. Players, who have not yet purchased, will not be entitled to receive Chat Bonuses.

Chat Conduct

Chat Room Conduct
- No offensive, indecent or abusive language

- Respect the CM and CL’s and their authority at all times.

Invite a Friend
- Your friend must use the same email address with us when registering (or we cannot track them)
- Your friend’s first deposit must be at least $20.
- The referring player will not qualify for the $20 FREE bonus if the invited friend has already downloaded at any affiliated sites.

Other
- Management's decision is final.
- Right of Admission Reserved. Management reserves the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion.
- Monthly Competitions: In the event of a tie, the player that reached the position the earliest will be deemed winner.

- Transfers between players: From time to time we may permit nominal transfers between players.
